In addition to primary project teams, CIGHT has several levels of advisors and directors ranging from technical to strategic to governance. These advisory boards are organized into the following advisory boards.

Technical Advisory Board (TAB)

TABs are established to provide peer review on a highly technical level for each of the major project teams. Advisors on these boards are technical experts from our corporate allies, collaborators, and medical professionals. TABs meet with the project teams once per academic quarter.

Strategic Advisory Board (SAB)

The SAB is comprised of experts in product development from corporate allies, our collaborators from the Kellogg School, anthropologists from the Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences and medical professionals from the Feinberg School of Medicine. The purpose of the SAB is to review and consult on the collection of customer data, product positioning, and cultural considerations that will be incorporated in the design of CIGHT medical devices. The SAB meets on a quarterly basis to review the project progress and any substantive marketing data.
